πŸ”ͺHow do you cook our Cut of the DayπŸ”ͺ
     ~CROC A LA KORMA~

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp Canola Oil
• 1 large finely chopped onion
• 500g croc cheeks chopped
• 1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
• 1 tbsp garlic crushed
• 1 sachet (50g) Korma paste (We β™‘ Woolies)
• 1 tbsp Tomato paste
• 1 can coconut cream
• 50 ml Fresh Cream
• 100 ml water OR Chicken stock 
• 20g ground almonds 
• 1 tbsp chopped coriander 

Method: 

🏻 Heat oil & add onions, fry until soft and sweet


🏻 Add ginger, garlic, Tomato paste & korma paste. Sauté for 2 minutes


🏻 Add Croc Cheeks & Fry for 2 minutes


🏻 Add water/stock & Coconut cream and simmer for 5 minutes


🏻Add cream & simmer for 5 minutes


🏻Top with almonds and chopped coriander
